These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the HydraFlow mobile application ("App"), operated by Abazzo d.o.o. Beograd, a company registered in Serbia ("we", "us"). By downloading or using HydraFlow, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the app

HydraFlow is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help you track and build a hydration habit. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable laws.

Not medical advice

HydraFlow provides general wellness information and hydration estimates for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Consult a qualified professional regarding your health, especially if you have a medical condition.

Subscriptions and billing

HydraFlow offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (HydraFlow Premium).

• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
• Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Google Play account settings.

Free and premium features

Core tracking and reminders are free. Certain advanced features require an active Premium subscription. We may change the set of free and premium features over time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
