HydraFlow (the "App", package com.hydraflow.hydraflow) is
operated by Abazzo d.o.o. Beograd, a company registered in
Serbia ("we", "us", the data controller). This Privacy Policy explains how we
collect, use, and protect information when you use the App. By using HydraFlow,
you agree to this policy.
Information you provide. During onboarding and use, you may enter: an optional first name, gender, age, height, weight, wake-up and sleep times, activity level, hydration goal, and your water-intake logs. This is used to calculate and track your hydration goal.
Automatically collected. App-usage and diagnostic data such as feature interactions, in-app events, crash reports, device model, operating-system version, and app version — used to keep the app working and improve it.
Account identifier. The App signs you in anonymously (no email, phone number, or password required). We generate a random, anonymous identifier to sync your data across your own devices.
Purchases. If you subscribe to HydraFlow Premium, the purchase is processed by Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status (active, trial, expiry) and a purchase identifier. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Notifications. If you enable reminders, we use a push token to deliver notifications. Reminders can be turned off any time in Settings.
Your data is offline-first: stored on your device and works without an account. When available, a copy is backed up to secure cloud storage tied to your anonymous identifier for multi-device continuity.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the App, under their own privacy terms:
Local data is removed when you uninstall the App. To request deletion of any cloud-backed data associated with your anonymous identifier, email us and we will delete it within 30 days.
Data is encrypted in transit. We use reputable providers (Google, RevenueCat) with industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
HydraFlow is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Depending on where you live (e.g., EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
